Thats what I was looking at but I just don't know how much I will need it, hoping for something less. I want something for my daughters remote office. might just go with the all in one that steve was talking about.

People still use faxes? The all-in-one copier I bought for my office scans and sends email... I typically just have various employees email addresses programmed and they forward the scan on in email.

For bills and that sort of thing that would have just been filed the scanner sends it straight into Evernote.com for automatic OCR, kind of like a virtual searchable file cabinet.

For receiving faxes I just use efax.com, which then sends me email.
