Schroth Rallye 3's and 4's are $40 here: HMS Motorsports

The downside? They're discontinued because they're mostly yellows and purples, but the Schroth name makes up for that.

Find a racer with some belts that are in good shape, but out of date. (It's a 2 year replacement rule now.) Bet you could get those for < $40.
