2011 Civic SI Sedan. It's white. It had 1 mile on it and wasn't even PDI-ed this morning and was covered in the wheel and body panel 'film'. I didn't allow the salesperson drive it so I've literally driven every mile on it.

Ordering the same wheels Matt got (Konig Daylites) $580 brand new shipped in stock size with 5mm less offset than stock so no spacers needed and they weigh 15lbs too. Getting the v214s put on those wheels. Ordering Honda OE camber bolts tomorrow. Hoping to score some blow SI struts from a boy racer soon and then get the Koni Yellows while they are $470 on sale :)....shouldn't have problem with getting 3 out of 4 bad ones this go round since this product has been out for 4 years :).

Still trying to decide on front bar. The WRX had all open diffs so I'm used to be 'patient' at turn exit on the throttle, but with the helical 'lsd' I want to be sure my front inside tire doesn't come off the ground or I'm back to open diff land. But the options seem to be stock (27mm) or Eibach 32mm. The options for rear bars are endless, but not front. Boy racers like cars that 'oversteer' (ie wrap easily around phone poles) so I can see why that is the case.

If you haven't already, you guys should contact Chris Shenefield. He's set up quite a few of the Civic Si's already and would probably be happy to recommend a bar. With most of our sites & courses, I'd be inclined to throw as much bar as you can at it to see what happened. You might be surprised how much wheel spin you can live with and still be fast in a FWD car. Heck, just watch any DS or HS Mini. :)

You can also soften the Eibach in various ways if it turns out to be too much and you still want more than the stock bar.

Dang, are my fellow AX VPs are teaming up against me in the car department? Just FYI, you will still need 1.15 more Civic Si between the two of you to match my car's displacement Mu ha ha ha ha! Congrats on the new car James, as Matt proved last year, it is a PAX master.

Note: PAX SUX

GS pax (along with FSP) took a bath this year as the hardest two hit though! I guess they feel the Genesis is getting quicker. Or, that's the excuse I'll be using when things don't go my way. :toilet:

Actually, if they just remove both their engines, wouldn't they have equal displacement? :(

I'm not happy, that shit sucks man. However, you can at least get a whole brandy new engine from Mazdaspeed shipped to you door for like $1500 cant you? My project is turning into a small fortune. You all will literally see me cry if I blow this puppy again.

Is there a PC answer to this question 8)

:sing:

I suppose they are growing on me. But reading this makes me leary of what my Brother wants to replace his '02 GTI with, an '11 WRX or STI wagon. He has two daughters and is looking for something sporty, with four doors he can drive stock and bring a smile to his face...

Luckily 1 out of 3 THSCC members has a GoPro HD; so if it happens, we'll be able to recreate you crying from 45 different points of view in HD!!
