Toyota has files for the FR-S product name in the US. Could this be the production name for the FT86?

Toyota files for Trademark FR-S for new Automobile
Toyota Motor Corporation has filed for the trademark FR-S in U.S. and Canada.

U.S. Trademark Application No. 85049145 filed May 27, 2010 for "Automobiles and structural parts thereof".

Canadian Trade-Mark Application No. 1482643 filed May 27, 2010 for "Automobiles and structural parts thereof".
