The new 911 Turbo S is powered by the six-cylinder boxer boosted by two exhaust gas turbochargers with variable turbine geometry and carries an extra 30 hp comparing to the standard Turbo, delivering a total output of 530 hp (390 kW) and an impressive 700 Newton-metres of torque (516 lb-ft).
Despite the power increase, the car shows a fuel consumption of just 11.4 litres/100 kilometres (equal to 24.8 mpg imp), which means that its is one of the most efficient sports car in its performance class. The 911 Turbo S comes exclusively with seven-speed Porsche-Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) (Porsche’s Double-Clutch Gearbox) conveying drive power to Porsche Traction Management (PTM) all-wheel drive.
