The new Race Technology Mark III units start at $999. We bought this one about four years ago. The previous owner had it upgraded, but I can't recall what was done. We've used it as a stand alone unit as well as with Solo Storm. We're going to drop some money and get a Race Keeper system so we won't be using the DL1. Here's a list of what's included:

- Upgraded Mk I unit
- 512 MB compact flash card
- Mounting brackets
- 2 antennas (you only need one, but there is an extra as a back-up)
- Extra connectors (those are the green things in the bag)
- CD from Race Technology
- Custom made serial cable from a computer engineer that can be used to connect with a serial to Bluetooth adapter. This allows you to collect data from a OBDII Bluetooth connection and maybe a GoPro, not sure how all that works. We ran the OBDII Bluetooth connection at one put to include throttle position data.

- Will include the serial to Bluetooth adapter. I was originally selling separate but will include - these are about $100 new. It should be in the second picture if I didn't screw up the download.

We're located in Hillsborough, so making a pick-up should be easy for anyone in the Triangle or Triad area. I'll keep it on the THSCC forums for a few days before posting for sale on RRAX.

That custom serial cable is worth the price alone! It comes with no warranty, though.

Just dropped price from $299 to $249 and will include the serial to Bluetooth adapter.

A DL1 makes a great gps and accelerometer data source for Solo Storm plus you get to use Race Technology Analysis software for after event study.
