I've been using old WRX seats in my rallycross Subaru, and the darn thing puts me up 3 inches too tall. There is a DIY project to cut it down a little, but that only saves 1/2-1", so it makes more sense to just put in a race seat.

Before I go spend $$$ on a new seat does anyone have an old FIA-expired seat laying around they want to get rid of?

I have an AL racing seat (Kirkey like) taking up space in my garage. Has added shoulder supports and ok black vinyl covering. $30?

Thanks Chip and Dustin! I've already picked up some seats thanks to THSCC'ers. Brett Murphy is bringing his welding rig over this week to help with the install.
