I was testing out a new chemical release agent for making carbon tubes and it was a total failure. If anyone wants an aluminum tube with a resin rich layer of carbon fiber bonded to the surface I can bring it to this weekends auto-x. Epoxy resins are really good thermal insulators so this will slightly help with intake heat soak and the layer of carbon is good for +10 hp.

Have you find a good release agent, yet?

This release agent works fine for a normal layup/mold but I wanted to see if I could use it instead of parchment paper for getting tubes to release.
