one of my car dealer friends called me with the following:

1978 Pace Car 52k miles, 15 or 16k

2003 Convertible 19.9

I've always liked the pace car and ~78 style is my fav. I can only imagine what's he's asking for it....

Captain Obvious to the rescue....in Cline's post it says 15 or 16K (I'm only guessing that he means K dollars) :lol:

Also this 5 speed, 191k 5 speed runs good. wants 1800

OK, a BMW for $1800 is in my "not interested but....curious" zone; what year is that Bimmer?

My mother had a 1992 bmw 525i sedan for years. Would you believe, it got dinged in a lot.. and the bumper was busted, the part had to come from europe, the car was old enough.. the insurance totaled it! So we took the money they gave us, pooled some more, and bought a 2000 bmw 528i sedan auto, and ahve loved it since. we sold the green car to a job coach person, i was using.. And his truck was realllly ragged, so he took it even though it was totaled by insurance.That car had galactic miles on her, but it still ran great,5 speed stick.
