This is my brother's car. He takes extremely good car of this car and all oil changes and other interval changes have been performed at the dealer.

He's asking $41,500. He said there is "wiggle room" and that he can add more details or pics.
It has 41K miles and has only been autocross'd 3 times. No track days.

Well, if/when I buy a car like this I'd prefer a sunroof as I doubt I'd ever autox or track it, I'll keep the mazda or get my old bimmer back for that stuff. This would just be a nice toy to have and drive.

The DSG is absolutely nuts. It has 6 adjustments for gear engagement "aggression" and the 6th is only unlocked if all forms of traction control is off. The shocks have 3 magnetic dampening settings that are immediately apparent at the hit a button.

The 16:9 Nav/info/radio LCD also plays DVD movies when the car is stopped.

Talk to Chuck.... or just watch him drive. Or convince him to ride along.

LOL, yeah, the E90 M3 is a heck of a lot of fun to autocross, an incredible F-stock car imo. Someone on m3post weighed an E90 M3 with no sunroof and 1/3 tank at ~3540lbs. Not too bad, a lot less than quoted. The fun thing about the S65 is the broad and flat torque curve allows it to put down crazy power off of elements and then 6000-8400 rpm is just amazingly insane. My M5 will just spin the tires any chance it gets, but the M3 just hooks and goes. :) Although I wanted a 6MT for everyday driving involvement, etc, the DCT is insane and a blast on track (would be great at an autox, especially 1st gear downshift turnarounds). I have two friends with DCT M3s, and driving in S6 in one is just incredible.

Chuck, thanks for letting me ride along with you on day 1 of the Jimmy V. I tried to replicate your "shift-to-first-in-the-last-hairpin-and-then-POWERRRRR" technique during a fun run at the end of the day. Except my car doesn't have a 12000 rpm redline and I had to shift before the finish, neglecting to feather the throttle on the upshift, resulting in an out-of-stopbox-experience

Awfully impressive car.

buy a low milage one now and worry about expensive repairs later! I swear this car does everything. Every day my brother is telling me about some crazy thing "it just does".

:D I saw that run. :D

I had to do a quick 1-2 upshift too, and I'm still amazed at how quickly I can pop a 1-2 upshift with a lot power added without losing the tail. Like I said earlier, the M5 will just spin you in circles trying to do that under the slightest cornering load...all this has to do with the torque curve of the engine of course (and here I was thinking that would be a handicap in the M3 on an autox course when in fact it's a huge bonus).

Speaking of upshifts -- with the DCT tranny, even in full DSC-off S6 mode, the whole system knows the cornering load of the car, so if you attempt something like a 3-4 WOT upshift in the middle track out of hogpen, it manages that upshift based on the lateral load, so it won't just instantly spin you out with a slam-banged shift like it would perform in a straight line.

I'd rather keep it non-public since it's not edited.
