OK, given that these cars are on your list, I REALLY don't understand all your worries about headroom. I guess with the TR6 you just looked above the windshield to drive?

Wasn't into autox'g those.... My sickness has developed since 2000 when I first joined the club.

So, since we're using my for sale thread to post what you've owned, here's my list. I'd love to say it's full of heavy hitters, but alas, it's not...

10-74 chevy monza

Like it says in the sig, a few of these I'd like back.

Rodney, Was the Monza a V-6? We had one when I was growing up. My dad says it was a little hot-rod for the time.

Nope, just a crappy 4 banger 4 speed I picked up for $200. It was an exciting car, especially on the way to work one morning where the hood decided it would be much happier wrapped around the windshield. There was a pucker moment...

2) New 1966 Toyota Corona (the FIRST high volume Toyota in the US)
3) New 1969 Mustang GT (Ordered in the DaNang PX)
4) New 1974 Vega (gas crisis panic - wore out the front tires at a Bondurant School at Sears Point)
5) New 1974 Datsun 260Z (purchased 3 days after the Bondurant School - got my start in autocrossing)
6) Used 1974 Lotus Europa (first second car)
7) New 1984 Datsun 200SX (got married and this was our first purchase together)*
8 ) New 1988 Mustang 5.0 (became the first tow vehicle for the next purchase)
9) Used 1985 Van Diemen FF race car (Whee!!!)*
10) Used 1988 Coachmen Class B RV (tow vehicle)*
11) New 1997 Mustang GT*

Cars that have been titled in my name:

1) 1985 Monte Carlo
2) 2005 Pontiac GTO
3) 2007 Ford Ranger
4) 1997 Mazda Miata
5) 1998 Ford F150

I feel like I'm doing it wrong. And I regret selling the Ranger every time I drive the F150 without the Miata in tow.

so.... since I have zero intrest from the club in buying the bullitt and very little from CL, time to enter phase 2 of my sell plan. I think right now I'm going to put the car back to stock sans the shifter, don't care to rip that out, besides improves the shifting in the car as compared to the stock shifter.

I can sell the suspension as a turnkey setup along w/ the tires and come out just about where I need to be cash wise. Probably won't happen until I come back from Charlotte for VMWare training. Not in a real hurry to sell it, but it would nice to see it find another home as is.

How much for your camber plates, what is the adjustment range, and can they be used with 2.5" springs?

Rodney,

Better plan . . . call it plan "K" for keep. Make the Bullitt Stock legal again and run in TIR. Sell all the go fast parts, change the shifter back to stock since shifting isn't really needed in a Mustang anyway.

Says the guy who still owns 5 of the 13 cars he has owned in his life.
