hey guys (and gals),
Can anyone share some datalogs from Carolina Motorsports park?

There are plenty of Spec Miata ones, but I am really looking for comparible FFRC cars, or at least some in the 1:42-1:47 range.

I can review TRackmate, G2x, Datalogic, racelogic, basically juts about all of them

Thanks in advance.
Marty

What kind of lap times do Spec Miatas turn at CMP?

Anywhere from 1:59 to 1:53. The qualifying record is 1:49.

Most of the data files shared though are 1:56 to 1:57 range.

First you said you don't want SM data and now you're asking for times that I've run in my SM. What gives? :) I don't still have any of the files, though.

We've done 1:45's in the Cayman on street tires, but that was the old config, I think. That was Leh driving. Best I could muster was 1:47.

Kevin's old car is a bit far from an SM car.

;)

But if you had data sub or right at 1:50 I'd love to see them, even though I am trying to get myself down into the mid to low 1:40's and at the same time get some speed reference points for cars similar to the new one. The biggest issues I had this last event is all my reference points from the SM2 Miata aren't really valid in this new car. Not to mention I don't have a Speedo anymore.

So what I am doing is building an RPM entry map. I am being conservative on the numbers, but I want to be at least close to what I think it should be able to do.
