I use the ISAAC since it had better side impact numbers then the HANS. And I had a friend who crashed heavily into a wall at Rd Atlanta and next day had NO discomfort in his neck....at all. He used the ISAAC too. Unfortunately NASA and I'm sure some other series require the SFI single point release capability. I find that argument bogus. How many times have we seen drivers stand up to get out only to have to sit back down to release the take your pick: radio wiring, cool suit, helmet cold or fresh air? Yeah, single point release.

Ask any corner worker. If they have trouble releasing the belts they cut them. Solves the problem with ISAAC and any other system.

Of course the down side is if you jump car to car then the ISAAC won't work for you since it is captured by the harness. HANS is a fine system then.
