There's a lot more math involved than that sentence suggests.
http://www.fatcatmotorsports.com/FCM_MSDS_v7_1.xls is a good motion ratio / spring rate / sway bar calculator that would be a good start. IMHO, Kevin's front and rear rates aren't complementary, he either needs less front spring or more rear spring.
I run 1-1/8" front hollow with no rear bar and 375/250 front/rear spring rates. I did have Lee Grimes revalve the stock Konis to their RACE valving too (thanks to all involved with that). It's slightly pushy now, but I go slower when I loosen up the setups. I need to take lessons from Buckley and go ahead and put on the ginormous Suspension Techniques rear bar on it and stop being a wuss.
