I just sent in my registration. Who else is going to be there?

I will be in my SSC mazda protege. My One Lap of America co-driver will also be there in the One Lap e46 M3.

What's the total damage? Did you get the $100 THSCC discount? I maybe interested in going also.

The Hankook/Hella/LifeLink/Hey Y'all, Watch This! Motorsports Miata (say that 3 times fast) will be there testing for the 13 hour race.

As far as I know, we are in the fastest student group. I need to call Aryan and find out if camping is available that weekend.

total damage is $375 -- that includes the $100 THSCC discount

I think I will end up in the green group just because it has been a couple of years since I ran at a track event. It doesn't bother me, I will be driving the 'new to me' car, so I will be taking it rather easy.

Vincent, have you ever checked into joining the Country Club up there? As much as you have been this year they ought to give you an honarary membership!

I'd have to say I love me some VIR. If I do this Car Guys event, it will be my 8th event there this year alone. :D

It's a top notch facility and it's 2.5 hours from my house. What's not to like!

Me too! I have a friend that father owns a lot up on Hyco lake, I would love to buy it and retire up there and join the club. Only thing stopping me is I have not won the lottery and since I have never bought a ticket it probably won't happen!

I faxed my registration information Sept 18th. I've e-mailed them for a confirmation with no response. I called them and left a message with no response. I'm not too happy with their communication skills.

Steve R. said he received a packet in the mail and he registered AFTER I did. I have yet to receive or hear anything. WTF?

Vincent -- I just got my package from CarGuys Monday. If you don't get it soon, I would keep calling them.

Before his rotor cracked and clutch went to crap, some of those Porsche boys were a little surprised by that little Cavalette. (Cavalier with Vette brakes)

I finally got a call this morning after 5 e-mails, 2 faxes, and 2 phone calls to them. They said they didn't have any registration for me or they couldn't find it.

I faxed another application so maybe this one will be received. :whoknows:

Why can't everyone just use Motorsportreg.com?!!!!

Hey Vincent -- I noticed that the CarGuys website says that this event is full. I hope they are accomodating you and not going to say sorry, you registered too late.

I would call them 10 minutes after I faxed it to confirm. It never hurts to be the squeeky wheel with them. :)
