Does anyone know the length of the road course configuration at Rockingham?

I found an older post from Ron Spencer. If he recalled correctly, it was 1.1 miles.

1.1 miles sounds short to me. The oval is 1.017 miles, and I would imagine that the infield adds more than .083 miles versus going around the banking. To me, it looks like we are using over 80% of the banking.

Thanks for the link Kevin. It's funny that is states direction as "Anticlockwise". I've never heard that term before. :?

The Limey's have it screwed up. The link on their page for North Carolina Motor Speedway goes to Martinsville!!!!

I was wrong. Its 1.6 or so with the infield. Hope that agrees with the link which I haven't looked at.
