I was talking to Remchak and he indicated he thought they wanted experienced people. Is that not correct?

The wording was not so much experienced as an "existing team", so I don't know. E-mail Kent and explain your background, tell him you are building a car, (which I've driven in all of it's awesomeness) and he will tell ya'll yea or nay.
