I missed our VIR event a couple weekends ago (sadly) but plan to attend the rest. I think I'm gonna to the TrackDaze event May 4th-5th. Anybody else going? Anybody run with TrackDaze before - any words of wisdom?

Thanks,
Cash

Never ran with them before, but Ricky Beam, Kraig Klippel and I will be there in the Duff car. The only thing that doesn't look good is the prohibition against lap timing.

The AIM should be allowed. Their "no display" policy seems a bit strict, but it's data acquisition so you should be able to use it.

I've been instructing for Trackdaze for several years now and can tell you they run a first class hpde. They also have been experimenting with timing systems and advanced driver education, with instructors such as Mike Skeen,Tom Long and Peter Krause. If your not doing THSCC, Trackdaze is the next best thing.

It's an insurance thing. I'll set it to show speed instead of lap times. (or the wheel speed sensors, which duff doesn't have)

As it turned out, nobody cared that we were timing our laps. Next time we'll try bump-drafting if we can find anyone slower than we are.
