Registration for THSCC/TZC's Fall Finale HPDE and Time Trial on October 15-16 is now open. Once again, we will be wrapping up the season in Kershaw SC at Carolina Motorsports Park. We will be running our standard HPDE format including 4 sessions a day of at least 25 minutes each as well as classroom instruction. Registration can be found here. Sign up early and take advantage of our "Prepay Today" discount. You card will be charged upon registration confirmation (usually the same day) and you will receive $50 off your entry fee. To take advantage of this offer, make sure to check the "Prepay Today" option on the registration form. This offer may not be used with any other discounts.

Ooops again, 8/31 came and went and I forgot, so the discount is good through today only.

I don't mean to sound pushy but at the meeting the potential cancellation of this event was mentioned. Can I get a confirmation when the decision has been made (either yes or no) so I can book the hotel room? At the moment I'm holding off on booking a room since there is a chance we may not be running.

(If you end up combining run groups go ahead and move me around as needed since I'm sharing a car with Laura)

What he said.

We'll let you know. We are probably going to make the decision in the next week.

It's official, the CMP event is a go. We still need more students though, so if are planning on coming, go sign up soon so we can make sure we have the instructors to cover it.

Last call for students for the 2011 THSCC Fall Finale at CMP this coming weekend, October 15-16. We have just a spot or two left in each of the run groups. This might be your last opportunity to run CMP this season, so sign up today if you were planning on attending. Registration will close on Wednesday, October 12. All discount codes are still valid.

Also, don’t forget our sponsor Apex Performance will be trackside at this event to take care of any of your safety equipment or track supply needs. They offer a discount to all THSCC members , so don’t forget to stop by this weekend and thank them for supporting our program.

As always, let us know if you have any questions regarding this event by e-mailing us at trackadmin@thscc.com.

I'm pretty sure this is the case but just to make 100% sure. CMP is OK with dogs as long as they are properly tied up and picked up after right? I'm pretty sure I've seen dogs in the paddock there before.
