Okay cool. Now the tough question. I'm a size 10, but measured my foot at just under 11" using their sizing chart do I get a size 45? Anybody have a Sparco shoe? How am I supposed to figure out the size?

i wear a 8.5 / 9 Colin. i got the size 41. i guess it would be determinant on whether you wear a large 10 or a 9.5 / 10.

and yes, Sparco's shoes are my favorite choice.

SafeRacer is pretty good with customer service. give them a call.

After forwarding this "hint" to her, Santa brought me a pair of these today. I normally wear a 10.5-11.0, but my feet are WIDE. Got these in a size 44 and they fit fine. A little narrow feeling at first, but now that I've had them on for a while, they feel good.

These are nicely made shoes, not top of the line $300 stuff, but for the price they are fan-frickin-tastic!!!!

Thanks for the tip Steve.

I ordered a 46 for my 11.5/12 foot, so 45 sounds right for you

Thanks for the input on the shoes, I wasn't comfortable buying without trying the size... particularly since I think it was going to be 43 which they don't have any of. I ended up at Apex Performance on Monday and destroyed that 20% off certificate that I had.

Adding to the pile of parts and safety equipment. I'm almost set...

good thing you got the foot saver mat. It would be a shame to loose your feet just as you bought new shoes.

Funny... each of you... no, two race suits, two HANS, two helmets (on order), I'm lucky it's only Sean and I right now and not Kevin and Debbie too. I'm also lucky he has some of this stuff already.

All that money for stuff I intend (hope) to never need. So worth it.

Oh, you will use it. So that is why it is a smart investment. First thing they tell you in comp school is, if you are not prepared to push your car off a cliff and walk away from it, you are not ready for W2W racing.
