wow, down to the wire w/ the last event. Freaking heart is racing already. I should be a basket case come Saturday.... Good luck everyone!

Oh, and Art, you're going down!

Rodney, I think you're right: You've beaten me the last two events at Sanford, so that makes you the clear favorite. If for some reason you don't win, I'm sure it will be a bitter disappointment! :poke:

that's funny.

BTW, and in all seriousness, do I need to bring my v700's for you to use? Let me know and I'll be happy to bring them. I know Stephen corded your set at NCAC (and that cost me some coins to get that pulled off I tell you)

There's a spot on one tire where you can see where it's about to cord. However, Stephen rotated the tires between Saturday heats, and then he had them flipped before Sunday's runs. Given the way Michael's car beveled off the shoulders, that spot will probably never touch pavement again. I've got enough tire for tomorrow, hopefully for a few more events. I assume that since you offered your V700s, you found some new wheels&tires. Did you accept the Hoosier challenge?

At the Dent Day, Rodney was mumbling something about some Hoosier guy named Jeff Speer and the new A10...and how Art must be taken down.

Ah, Chuck, the guy that always has your back 8)

yes, I offer the v700's because I bought Vail's A6's and mounted them on my old stock wheels I had lying around. You have those nice Koni's and sticky tires. I'm just trying to be like you...

I guess long term, I'm hoping to have enough tires to last next year so I can go STX in '11. I'd like to drop on a set of coilovers, CAI and tune, assuming I keep the car. I'm all over the map on that. Too many cars, too many choices.

Don't talk to Jason Mauldin, you will get the CAI and tune to run STX in 2010. Please do it!!!

As much as I'd like to, I just don't have the jingle right now to pull that off. Too many house projects lined up for next year. I think '11 is still my target date for now. I think all of us FS'ers are going to stay 1 more year. I know Michael wants to move up, but Art doesn't and I'd hate to bail on him right now.
