It looks like the calander has 4 days in august. the 8th and the 9th is a no brainer for me (register with us, and register with triad if I am running their event)... what about the 15th and 16th? is that going to be 20 bucks for both days, or 20 bucks a day? and do you have to register for both days seperatly or together?

The event on the 15th and 16th is a test and tune in Laurinburg that is catering to area people that are planning on attending SCCA Solo Nationals in Lincoln, Nebraska. We're in a unique location to be close to the best concrete site in the region and have a good relationship with the site owners. Currently, we have people from NC, SC, GA and TN that are planning on attending.

As such, this isn't really an official THSCC event (frankly, August in Laurinburg kind of sucks) but if any members wanted to attend, we're not going to turn them down.

Please keep in mind, though, that this event was designed for a singular purpose: to allow those in the area the best chance at good seat time to prep their cars before making a 40 hour round trip to Nebraska. We're planning on capping the event fairly low, so I would personally appreciate letting others, yes even non-members, have dibs at signing up before "releasing the hounds".

Thanks,

Im still flying the NOOB flag high, and wasnt sure if this was something more on a local lower level, or for something bigger... thus the questions.

Im already trying to figure out if there are any other's I can make, wont be on that weekend though.

We’ve done all of their events this year. They are a good group of folks too. FYI, this venue will be very different for you, which is interesting. It is a square block parking lot on a hill, so, camber challenges abound throughout. Assuming it's the same location as last time. Looking forward to seeing you there. Their cap is pretty low, so sign up ASAP.
