I think it's more a matter of increased opportunities. Maybe cone hits are up? :D

Actually, I'm guessing the course workers got together and did it.

Heck, if I were working course while I was out driving, I'd let the air out of my tires too. :shock:

When I was 8 years old, having concluded that endlessly cruising the five blocks of Durham's Guess Road from Hardee's to Honey's and back, in a jacked up Mustang, was the coolest thing that anybody could possibly do, I dreamed of the day when I would have my own jacked up Mustang.
