well, our 09 driving season is almost upon us and I need to start following up on some loose ends. Like Alex said, we are in need of a co-chair to help w/ the Sunday autocross event. Please let me know if you are interested. We are also in need of some additional instructors, so let me know if you're up for that challange. Typically, instructors will get one free entry into an autocross.

Thanks!!

I see there aren't many registered for the novice school on the 28th so far, how many folks normally participate in the school? Should I be registering for testntune and asking for passengers instead? I learned a lot as a passenger in the one event I attended last year.

Aaron, sign up for the novice school. You will get more 1 on 1 time and the courses will be set up for learning.

Rob

Now that the novice school and the Test and Tune have been combined, how many of you are still interested in being instructors? Please just reply to this thread. Also, anyone else who is interested in instructing, please chime in.

Thanks
Rob Gwen, Charlie and Alex

I might be available to instruct.

I know that is really ambiguous, but let me explain. I've been trying to talk my dad into coming out to the novice school. If he agrees, I'll definitely be there and available to instruct. The next source of ambiguity is that he's going to be out of the country until the 19th, and he said he'll have made up his mind about this by the time he returns.

He's a shrink; this is par for the course.

If you thought that you would get more out of one-on-one instruction than the test-and-tune half, I'd say go for it.

I'm in for instructing, assuming the date hasn't changed.
