So, this event is currently slated for Nov. 2nd at a location TBD. Given the NCAC has worked it's way into the weekend between our Points Event #8 (Oct 19th), and the currently scheduled non-Points event on Nov 2nd, the AutoX staff is wondering if we may want to push the non-points out a week if possible (to Nov 9th)? Please register your responses in the poll:

would prefer the 9th, but it more depends on location. Danville definitely. Sanford probably, Greenville or Laurenburg I'll pass.

Location not nailed down yet, but our top picks are Danville and Sanford, in no particular order.

If the autocross moves to the 9th, it will be only 6 days before the last rallycross of the year.

OK, I've been asked to chair which is OK but the 2nd is better than the 9th for me as I have a committment on the 9th.

I don't care where, but the 2nd works best for me

Either way I plan on being there. The date isn't an issue.

Yup, I see that, BUT, it would also mean not having 3 weekends of AutoX in a row, one being the 2-day NCAC.

Rob, thanks for stepping up. That obviously plays big (if not entirely) into what we decide to do.

Let's keep the poll going anyway, just to see what the numbers reveal....

Danville is available on both the 2nd and the 9th and we're penciled in for both. Since the NCAC seems to have little THSCC attendance it won't effect that many people and the 2nd is leading the poll here, I'm leaning that way. I'll give it one more day and make the decision and firm things up tomorrow with Danville.

For those of us that are planning on hitting the NCAC to support THSCC, I still vote for Nov 9th.

Rob asked me to co-chair. He prefers the date be the 2nd. I prefer the site be Sanford.

I wish I could make the NCAC, but I'm tied up that weekend. I vote for the 9th also if possible otherwise my autox season is over I guess -- the 2nd isn't going to work for me either. :? I voted don't care above last month, but now I'm sure the 2nd is out.

I can make the 2nd, but not the 9th.

Not too interested in the NCAC this year.
