We're planning to take the kids to both UNC baseball games (NCAA super regional to go to the college World Series). Not sure how much of just *that* we'll be able to take at these temps. *sigh*

Your "trophy" is an engraved pint glass. I'll bring it to the next event.

Sofa King Hot today.

Jinx was sporting the new Hoosiers and proved that they don't quite fit, and will need to roll fenders before DC. And he narrowly beat Justin Rest, driving a frickin HS Saturn, in PAX. DC ought to be interesting ...

Congratulations Chris! You know how to toss that Fit around on the course - very impressive driving.

So I am pretty confident I did not trophy, but I had a great time out there today. I was really, really exhausted when I finally got back home. I just crashed on the bed for a couple of hours right when I got through the door. The 100+ weather and the ~1.75 hour drive (one way) there and back is what got me. :? I got some practice in though and I am looking forward to July's event. :)

I've developed RyanHoltonItis -- drive well at the first event and then fall off of the planet. :?

Run #1: Just getting a feel for the course. :|
Run #2: Increased speed, but managed to hit a cone in the slalom at the end because my steering inputs were a tad late. :?
Run #3: Increased speed further with more aggressive steering input. I completely ignored one of the cones at the start and hit it. :x
Run #4: Focused on maintaining speed longer and braking harder. I just can not recall where I got the +1 from. I thought that particular run was going to be the fastest and remain clean.
