“Switch Rides” Non-Points AutoX
Sunday, December 16th
Danville Airport, Danville, VA.

A fun day to switch rides with someone, or drive your own. All those fun runs you never got to take in your buddy’s car, now’s your chance to swap.

We're going to have a December Non-Points AutoX :!: :!: :!:
Pre-registration will open soon. Watch for the addition to the Calander.

Thanks to all who have stepped up and shown interest. It's going to be a great time.

OK, I'm in. I want to trade off the bimmer for a ride in something else... with head room. I'm thinking an mx5 or a mazda 3 would work. I can't fit in most low roof cars w/ a helmet, which is really a freaking bummer. Any takers? If not, I guess I can just practice my drifting skills since the 215's are shot. Maybe I can test the 5er in an autox, there's a thought....

Thanks!!

Count me in. If anybody is up for a co-driver, let me know. I can offer cash, help or whatever.

Rodney, I'm totally down for an STS ride swap if you are. . .

Curious if its the driver, or the car thats been beating my ass this year.

My BFG G-force sport tires probably aren't much worse than you're worn out 215's, so it'd be a pretty even swap. If my 6'5" frame can fit in it, you probably can too. Let me know if you're interested.

I know you guys want to drive the 944 on 215 street tires.

Not sure what the exam schedule is like quite yet but if I'm free I want to do this.

Jim, we'll see how the Hoosiers look after Sanford - no promises yet, but this could be interesting. You've driven an AS S2000 before, right? I thought I remembered you having driven Rick's car before...

Just to have more people counted as interested there are several people from Triad that want to come out as well. I have a feeling we won't have a problem making numbers as long as it doesn't turn out to be freezing.

Yea, I've driven Rick's car before so I was looking for something a little different. I know yours is an AP2 and his is an AP1 but my idea of something different is, well, *more* different.

Thanks anyway,

Jim

I wonder if Art would try a couple runs with my blue fox body? I could sure use some suggestions from someone who can wheel these old rigs.

Thanks for setting this up, as I'm not sure I'll make the waiting list on Sunday (sanford)

Hey! I though you were driving my car!

I'll be there - I'm guessing everything will be pretty casual, I'd love to try a RWD ride, but I'll just get seat time if nobody swaps with me.
