With the tow vehicle?

Nope still has a ways to go, shooting for June.

You are right. Sorry.

I should have said, Richard really offended me and I prefer to avoid contact with him. I know others that feel the same way.

Mild mannered???? Thanks, but you must have seen me on a good day. I don't have the patience I had years ago. Occasionally something pisses me off and I don't hold my tongue like I did in the past. I guess old and grump would be accurate.

Some that can prefer to build things themselves, some that can't buy things others have built. Each to their own, but I get much more satisfaction my way even if it takes more time. YMMV.

Funny, but when you first talked about it the thing was pretty much "ready to go" and didn't need all that much. Now you're "building it yourself"?

To each their own indeed, but it seems like it would make more sense to build the race car than the tow vehicle.

There wasn't that much that was "needed". Afterall we drove it 2K miles home from NM. But as with any hotrod there was things that I wanted to change/ modify/ add. Progress was hampered by the construction of our garage, which after going thru 3 contractors etc. took 18 months to complete. I was not able to get the truck inside until last thanksgiving weekend, just in time for our holiday season at work.
Stock class race cars require very little "building".
I happen to really enjoy building and customizing hotrods, so the truck will most likely never be "done", but will soon be back to drivable.
Thanks for asking.

Is this thing going to be anything like John Shealley's tow vehicle?
