Hats off to all of the THSCC staffers and members who made this event a tremendous sucess.

Triad set the bar high last year, and we kept up that high standard. Only we did it with a few extra people :) The NCAC was a priemeir regional event. I'll let the folks that run national events let us know how it ran relative to a National Tour.

I'm pretty sure we ran about 1400 runs this weekend. Not to shabby. I even made it home by 4:15 today, and I worked start during the 5th (last) heat.

Actuall Scott, it was 1581 runs including reruns. Not too shabby.

That really was one of the best events I have ever been to. Great job by everyone.

I personally need to thank Les Davis, Adam Breakey, Garry Minarcine, Dan Bishop, Robert Plank, Malia Fredrickson, Kevin Butler, Mary Fisher, Carl Fisher and Donna Frank for their GREAT work in the bus!!! I ended up a couple of people short and Caleb Gross and Justin Barbry from Triad stepped up and lended their expertise. A big thanks goes out to them.

Thank you to Donna and Adam for their help in getting the audit issues fixed on saturday. That ended up being a 2 hour audit!!!! Thank you very much guys.

Finally, I have to thank Steve Rankins for his help in getting the results into a 2 day event format. For those of you who don't know, we had the event set up as 2 seperate events (something we will figure out how to correct in the future.) This would have been a nightmare to figure out for final trophies as the two days have to be added together. We made the call for Steve to help us out and he did so very quickly. You gotta love it when someone has the creator of AXWare on his cell phone. A quick call to Vitek and he had the situation resolved.

Even with all the issues in the bus this weekend, I had a great time. I finally got my head out of my butt and started driving. Even though I didn't help with Club Cup points, I still drove good.

Thank God we don't have to host one of these again for 4 years!!!!!!!!

PS - results have been sent to Carl and Emmie. I'm sure they will have them posted as soon as they can.

Thanks to all THSCCers who came out to help win the Club Cup for us this year. Many thanks to the folks who worked all the long, hard hours (& days!) to pull this event together! Don't how it could have gone any better!

Results are posted. :)

I hate to ask, but will there be a break out for the THSCC club day?

Eventually. Hopefully in the next day or two. I'll try to be quick with it.

Tonya wrote a dissertation on how to use AXWare and included how to handle this situation.
