Chris,

I can still do Saturday gate at 7:00. Just wanted to be sure that I was listed for it.

Thanks, Chris

yep, i gotcha.

we are aiming to get two or three gate workers in the first shift and a couple for the 2nd so that we can make sure there's no line coming in. with 200+ entrants, we wouldn't want the line to get backed up into the street so we'll need to keep the line moving!!!

I think you could line everyone up and not reach the street at the GC, the entrance is long and far away from the highway. Anyone arriving after 9 AM (I think that's the time?) when the colleseum parking lot gate attendant arrives will have to pay to enter the lot tho.

They have told me that the attendants will be there when the lots open at 7. I wouldn't count on "Arrive by X time and you don't have to pay". I was there early last year and paid both days. That is one of the reasons we are doing free lunch both days...to try and help offset peoples cost in regards to the parking.

I am willing to help with this assignment. I'll do the grid assignment too. Just let me know which gate shift you want me to do.

Chris,
You cannot remove a post after someone has responded to it. You can edit the original Subject line to say We have enough.
