The THSCC points event will be held on Saturday, August 19th of the NCAC weekend. This means, in order to get points towards THSCC year-end trophies, you must participate on that day.

That being said, you must participate both days in order to qualify for class position at the NCAC. We encourage this and hope everyone will come out and represent THSCC and contribute to us taking home the "NCAC Club Cup".

In regards to classing, we will be honoring all 4 of our normal PAX'd classes, however, only TIR and LAD will be recognized as individual classes eligible for trophy's and "NCAC Club Cup" points. For this event, we are really saving X (Pro) class for the hot shoes that show up that don't belong to any of the local clubs. NOV won't be recognized because our club doesn't recognize it as a year long class. If you normally sign up for X (Pro) class, go ahead and sign up for your regular open class instead.

So I am guessing the next question will be....."So if I normally run X class with THSCC, how does that effect my year end points?". Well, if you normally run X-class (at least 2 of the last 4 events) with our club, we will be pulling your times from the results and creating our own X-class out of that for our individual points event standings. THSCC points event # 6 trophies will be handed out at the following points event in Danville, on September 17th.

Thanks guys! As someone who runs in an indexed class, I've REALLY enjoyed pushing myself against fast ladies in fast cars. I know I have to get pretty close in raw time for PAX to kick in. It's a lot more fun than being the only one running in "HSL". Again, Thanks.
