Jim P,
When you guys decide on the run format that you are going to use for Greenville, please let me know so I can schedule people for the bus accordingly.
Thanks,
Todd
ditto for grid/starter workers
Timing and scoring can help this out by using AXWare to create the run groups. If that is does not happen, I will have the run order roughed out by Friday evening. Grid will require 2-3 people. We should have two people any ways for grid. One sending the cars to the start, the other person organizing them in grid and doing the number checking.
Everyone should attend the driver's meeting for any last minute changes. Rule number one, you must run with your class or you will be DSQ'd.
Run 1 Work 3
Run 2 Work 4
Run 3 Work 1
Run 4 Work 2
After the first two runs in the first group, we will determine 4 or 5 runs.
This is not really rocket science, especially for a local event. It is a whole different ballgame than a 250-300 driver NCAC event. I would highly recommend figuring out the AXWare solution to run groups. I still remember the HSCC NCAC event at Belle Chere when the first run group had 2/3rds of the driver in it. What a nightmare!
