Thanks Chuck and Todd!

I'm actually doing my first school (a Phase 2) in Columbus, Ohio with Tim Aro on Saturday. Chris let me go on short notice as long as I agreed to get back in time so she (we) can race at Sanford on Sunday :-) I'll only be able to do a few weekends a year at the most, but I'm looking forward to it. Thanks again!

Eric

So does your title now change to "Evolved Badass"?

Congrats, Eric. Does this mean that our days of free instruction are over?

Congrat's Eric!! Hey, are you planning to be an instructor in Nashville on July 21-22nd? If so, I'd like to request you be my instructor! I've been talking to Jean and I'm in both phases for that weekend.

again, congrats on being instructor level for the evo school!!

Would you people SHUT THE HECK UP with all this congratulations CRAP? I already have to listen to enough stories about how great he is on the way back and forth to these events. Returning from Peru was just about the worst. He wouldn't respond unless I addressed him as "Mr. Evolution Instructor Badass" first. Then when I'd talk he'd say "make it short, I might get an important phone call about Evo that I'll have to take."

He also kept muttering something about how anything over 14 thousandths was a lifetime. Who found this guy, anyway?

Rick, I'll happily give free instruction to anyone who is foolish enough to listen at THSCC events :-)

Hi Rodney, unfortunately I won't be in Nashville in July, but thanks for thinking of me! I'm taking a 3-week course up in Boston for work that will be going on during the Nashville school. Fortunately, there is a wicked indoor karting track in Boston, so I'm hoping to get some seat time when I'm up there. They have two tracks that are both two levels! Don't anyone tell Chris about the karting, she thinks I'm supposed to be studying up there the whole time :-)

Barnes is still upset that he got crushed so badly this weekend after being completely taken to the woodshed. He's lucky that he even made the Challenge after being beaten so badly at 42 thousandths. He even tried to sabotage my efforts this weekend by leaving four (4) complete strut/shock assemblies in the trunk of the Miata - this is true. I casually mentioned after my second run that it sounded like something was in the trunk. He did a great job of "acting" like he forgot they were in there. It's not every day that you seeing someone pulling such items out of a truck in the staging lanes in then middle of their runs. It was pretty funny.

BTW, watch out for the Solstice in C Stock...those cars are going to be a bloody handful to compete against. They are running 285/30s on 18 x 8's and look to handle exceptionally well.

Eric
