Well, I had a crazy little idea today. As a result, I think I have created two little monters!!

I think I may have finally found a way to get my family interested in autox!! :D

I definately found a better use for all those soccer cones I have from coaching. :redcool:

Guess I better start preparing another car.....looks like I got some competition on the way

Rob, that is too cute. :D And your girls are good drivers, too!

So, how did the rest of the "event" go? Sounded like the competition was heating up! :D

They both got more aggressive with the line they were taking and as a result, the cone count went up. Minda, my older daughter, ended up with a run that was within 0.2 secs of Megan, but shortly after that, all the runs were slowing down because the batteries were starting to lose their charge.

I told Minda that she had to drive smarter than her younger sister, because Megan is 25 lbs lighter.

Some of the first runs were hilarious because the girls would drive by a cone and watch it until it looked like their head was turned completely backwards. By the time they would look forward, it was too late to make it around the next cone.

I have been requested to make the next course harder!!!

I suppose if Minda subscribed to the Robby Gordon race philosophy she would have thrown her helmet down in disgust and refused to race until the weigh-in was done *with* the driver in the car!

Excellent videos Rob. I see some Christmas party material there!

I got my four-year-old son on the junior karts at Adventure Landing the other weekend. He smiled for a while afterwards.
