Just ordered Falken Az 615's from Vulcan tire and got a set of RT 215's
Vulcan apparently still has some 215 tires left. they were the best price I could find on the 615's, $90 per, the 215's are $71 per.
www.vulcantire.com
Vulcan only takes orders on line, customer service 801 456 3830

Good score.

I think it would be wise for Falken to keep producing them, but oh well...

I guess they want Hankook to sustain a monopoly on the budget performance market. :?

I bought a spare set of the 215's for the Miata when I heard earlier this year they may be gone. Looks like it was a wise decision.

Wow! They have certainly jacked up the prices of 215's lately. That's about a 50% increase. Nothing like free enterprise gouging!

Falken still makes the FK-451. I would consider that a budget performance tire.

I love my 451's on the Camaro....and they showed their mettle in Virginia. By the way, support your club sponsers !!!! HH&W is darn close to Vulcan prices. And no one matches their mounting and balancing.

Just got off the phone with Mark Cooper; he has zero access to the RT-215s.

Really? Vulcan still has the 215's in the 14in size at $47 a piece, same as they have always been. What did the 15in use to go for?

It looks like this might be the last round....usually on Vulcan's site, when tires are on backorder, it gives you an estimated arrival date. Over the last few months, each size has change to "We currenlty have less then 4 of these items in our warehouse and will not be recieving any more." (The 15in just went to that status this week...as I have been watching them thinking I might buy some for STS next year.) Looks like the 14in are the only ones left.....
