The Sleep inn, stay there all the time and it is right across the street from the airpotrt, only about 2 years old, not pricey.

See sig. It has a bar on the first floor, and is used to hosting peeps from VIR so you can change tires in the parking lot no problem. The mall next door could be used for trucks with trailers I believe with no problem.
