Congratulations to Peter Baio for winning STS by over 1.5 sec and to Tom Hoppe for winning STX! I'm thinking a few others from the club went, but all I'm working from is a voice mail from Peter...

More details, anyone?

Weekend was great, did i mention i beat Tom! Until the Subaru challenge where i finished 6th and Tom had first. Until then i was first in PAX by three tenths! Because of a little dryer course and full tread azenis I was able to pull it off. When the Subaru challenge came around the course had mostly dried up and the conditions were even for everyone, Tom whoopped ass.

Congrates to all the Tarheelers i think we all came home with something.

You mean "Superstar Challenge" not "Subaru challenge," right?

The guys in the SE forum were pretty impressed with your driving, from what I read. :D

I think the THSCC team did the club proud. As far as I know every THSCC member that attended came home with a trophy. Some came home with two!

oops, yeh your right

I walked the course five times in the morning and once at lunch, had the course memorized front and back. The thing that got me was that the runs didn't really feel fast, they felt quick but not blazing. I improved each run and didn't hit a cone all weekend. I had a blast!!!
