Funny thing, they hold no interest for me. I can already put a 114 hp car into the top 10 raw times at Laurinburg. Why do I need to pay for more hp :)

Plus they have 4 doors....

And Jim, you don't even have an LSD do you (much less a complete bell housing)?

Hmm.. and without a cone, I would have had a top 10 raw time... on worn 225s, non-Azenis... hmmm..

It's kinda neat when you get beat by someone RAW when they skip the last slalom all together and beat you by less than a second.

Anyone ever touch my 25.4 in the slalom?

Woah... I felt like Kevin there for a minute... I better back it off some ;) Must be the AWD, 4-door, gorillia in me talking :)... oh yea... on street tires.

Ah... it is going to be a fun year ;)

- brian

Edit: It is merely a Top 10. There were lots of 49s and quite a few good 48s ;) My bad!

Yup - and I never walked the course either. 48.x was my 2nd run.

Just to take this topic in yet another direction.

But could you get a top ten RAW if we take away two drive wheels and 200HP? I guess you'll have to drive another car to find out. :leave:

It's obvious that there is only one way you two can settle this.

Hmm.. I was getting fairly close in the WRX which only had 167hp to the wheels, so maybe. ... how about 3200 lbs car as well?

Hey, that sounds like that someone wants to give me their car to drive!*

Oh yea!

- brian ;)

DISCLAIMER: Please realize that I understand the 'badassedness' of the drivers within this club, and in no way, shape, or form do I even think I equal that.

I have already started the 12-step AWD self-help ladder :D
