With this you could print out any sign or artwork and stick it to your metal car. (Sorry plastic car guys) :D

Emmie and I played with this stuff a few years ago. Perhaps quality varies, but the stuff we had was not very strongly magnetic. It would stay on your fridge, but only if it was sitting still... :)

I used some of this type of magnetic material when I first started autocrossing two years ago. As Carl points out, it is not very strongly magnetic. Mine stayed on the car most of the time (but then again I was very slow). My biggest problem was that ink jet print does fare well when it rains. Mine ended up running down the side of my car. I quickly migrated to better numbers.
