So my "old" jetta is having issues and unable to make it this weekend. And the new one, is well too new. So I am dusting off the 944 for the Rock. Which means ES here I come, and that means Jim and the Alien

So be gentle :D

Oh, you're a VW guy? I need help with my '88 Jetta. :(

This has nothing to do with autox, I just need help with it as I have given it to my younger brother and the car is dying on him. (i.e. cuts off for no apparent reason and won't start back until it's cooled down.) 8v, DigifunkyII. Kevin H mentioned that he thought it might be some sort of sensor in the distributor; thoughts?

It will be good to see the 944 out there. I still think they are the ES car to have. Maybe I can add one to my ES collection.

Welcome to the toughest class around. Like we say, "taken to woodshed in ES is still better than winning any other class".

Wow. I feel better. Sort of. Actually, it'll just be good to get out to an event. I think I've missed the last two.

From the preregistration list...

STS 92 Matt Nicholson 92 nissan sentra se-r

:P

Also, Scott Sawyer showed up on the list today - and he may have his head out of his ass at this one!

And something funny I noticed - our event co-chair, Mr. Hoff, is on the waiting list.

I know it hurts to lose RAW time to someone with street tires. Its OK though, I promise I won't make it hurt too much this weekend ;)

A lot of talk...I am surprised you are going to be there. I heard JC Penney is having a big sale. That is where those 4 door cars belong, in the mall parking lot with the mini vans :)

How will it feel to be slower than a 143000 mile clapped out 11 year old car on bald tires ;)

This is great. Who thought a post where Adam volunteers to be the ES Jailhouse Girlfriend would be so entertaining.

:P
