There is a 914 sitting on the side of the road in Cary on 54 about a 1/2 mile from the Golden Corral the meetings are at with a for sale sign on it.... Looks like it is in rough shape, but maybe worth looking into....
As much as I would like to look, I am going to force myself to avoid this. Rough 914s are usually not worth much (other than a parts car and I already have one of those) as they usually have rust problems. These are the pre-galvanized steel bodied cars. It is not if they have rust, but how much.
I am also pretty much going to have to wait until I pay off one/both of my existing cars (sometime next year) before I buy the 914.
