For the two day tour event. We are very low on registrations and are at risk. Please don't make us sweat this out.

I'll post up the mustang and BMW forums and see if I can stir up some interest...

Like, seriously. 32 people is not gonna make this event happen. We need 50 by the end of the week or the event is at risk.

looking at MSR, there looks to be dup entries for the Sat event. Also see the formatting is different between both days, why is that? Sat shows all entries lumped together and Sun has it split by class.

Do have to admit, registration is weak, only 29 drivers for Sun. Not sure what the count for Sat is with the dup entries. Would someone talented take a look at the formatting and dups please? I say wait until at least Monday to give folks a chance to sign up before we consider canceling this. We usually have last minute signups during the last week....

Suggest a direct email to all THSCC members. Also, have the Va. clubs been notified directly?

wow, the numbers still look incredibly weak. If you take out the dups for Sat, we're at 41 drivers and Sun looks worse w/ only 32. At what point are you guys going to make the call for a possible cancel? Or maybe only a partial cancel, run NCCAR and cancel VMP.

I'll reply back on my posts on FB and see if that stirs up anything.

We are committed to having the NCCAR and VMP events this weekend. I believe that these are our two best venues. Sure they require us to travel a little more, but we're going to get more runs, that are longer, and faster than what we can produce closer to home. I'm looking forward to having a lot of fun this weekend.

Same here, looking forward to this weekend of driving! Numbers have slightly improved. Removing the dups for Sat, we're at 48 drivers. Sun still needs improvement, only at 36 drivers...

We're good. Don't stop beating the bushes for new drivers, but the events are all on. This should be awesome!

I need to change my registration to just Saturday since I couldn't get a PTO day friday to do something with the wife.

Just need our registrar to respond to emails, but that never seems to work for me. Is there a reason we don't allow updates to registrations in MSR? If I cancel it'll cancel both days and then I can't re-register for the event for just Saturday.

Email registrar@thscc.com and copy autocross@thscc.com, that way me, Rob, Mike, Tristan, and Mary all get the email. Whoever can get to it first should be able to fix it for you.

I fixed yours for now.

Thanks, is there a way to make that the contact on MSR? Anytime i've used that link it only sends to an individual, it seems like if we could get the registrar email on MSR it would be much more useful. Especially for anybody that doesn't know to email our registrar email. I think there's some things we could do to beef up the usability of MSR.

I'd be happy to help out there if need be to improve some of that experience.

We'll look at it. That's something within the settings that I will have to dig into. I THINK we can set someone's email address to registrar@thscc.com but I'm not sure we can have it default to two.
