It's everybody's favorite job: handing out wrist bands and getting people's signatures for our waiver.

Early gate is usually 7:30 to 8:30.
Late gate will go from 8:30 until registration closes at 9:30.

I'll specify if there are special gate times depending on the schedule (for example: quiet hour at NCCAR plus the EV Challenge).

Need an early and late for March 5th at Danville.

Danville - March 5
Early: Ben
Late: Francis

Friendly reminder, you'll need a tech person for this weekend. I won't be there.

Do we have tech forms and dots for this Sat? I'd like to hand out the year long forms so we can drive down the amount of inspections on cars by having the year long tech stickers for autox.

I need to copy up some more annual tech forms, I don't think there's any on the bus.

There is tons of dots and helmet stickers in the bus/trailer, so you should be set there.

I can scan the copy I have and email you a PDF copy if you wanted to print some up to take this weekend.

Chad, Do we have annual tech stickers for those who have filled out the annual forms? Our current annual forms only go out to 2015. They can be printed out from the main web site, www.thscc.com then click the AutoX tab, then the forms tab at the bottom of the scroll down menu or just use this link, http://thscc.com/index.php/autocross/forms . It will be acceptable for the 2015 date to be crossed out and the 2016 date be written in until the time that we have updated the form.

The new form has a fill in for the date instead of the dates printed on the form.

I'm pretty certain there was annual tech stickers in the bus/trailer as well. I also have some myself.

I'll scan the newer form and post it here.

This is the newer form that just has a box for the season.

Actually even this one has the helmet part jacked up. I'll fix that and re-upload it.

Fixed with the updated helmet requirement for this season.

from a tech standpoint, I'll just tech the cars this go round, but let's make sure we have everything lined up for the Cary event in regard to forms and stickers. What about helmet stickers for autox? 2000 and up Snell M and SA still good? Do we need new stickers?
