So, looks like there is no event thread less than two weeks out from this event. Shame. My employer has conveniently enough decided that I need to be in Raleigh the week prior so it was a no brainer to extend the trip a little and make this event. I'm just running Sunday and I've got a drive in Steve Westerfield's Mustang, Thanks Steve! I am looking potentially for a roommate Saturday night? Anyone have a room with an empty bed, or want to split a room? Looking forward to seeing you all again. Oh and don't worry, I won't be bringing trophy girls. ;-)

I will only be there Sunday as well, as I will be returning from shark-infested waters on Saturday...Looking forward to the event!

Jordan Normark is our sole event chair right now, but you are welcome to volunteer to be the 2nd.

Event magnet and course design for day 1 is finished. Someone feel free to jump in with day 2...it's a long weekend! Are there any plans to cook hotdogs and burgers like we did a few years ago at F-ville?

I think there was some discussion at the last monthly meeting about cooking. It seemed like somebody had possibly volunteered to help do it from what I heard.

Les, I booked a double room at the Hampton Inn in Danville. (The Comfort Inn next to the Mexican restaurant was out of double rooms) You're welcome to split it with me.

Since the VPs haven't announced an official event hotel, I'm declaring the Hampton to be it.

As part of deal for Flow Mini and their gift of the free Mini weekend rental, we need to hang a Flow Mini banner at the event. I have the banner, but I'm not making this event. I need some help from someone to pick this up and take it to Danville. I'd be glad to meet someone somewhere. I'm south of Garner near 1010 and 401. Can anyone help me and pick up this banner please? I'll pick it back up from you on the July 4th weekend once I return from TN....

I work on NC States campus so i'm not too far away Rodney if you can't find somebody else. I live in Pittsboro though so it would be a haul to get it back July 4th weekend, but I could always bring it back to work with me.

We need a volunteer for an easy work assignment. We need a "cashier's assistant" to help us sell raffle tickets and merchandise during the day so that Tristan isn't stuck at the bus all day. Need a volunteer for both days.
