If we have an annual tech do we still have to fill out the form and display it on the window? first annual ispection and just curious

Do you mean at each event? No. The sticker on your windshield is enough to tell use that you've taken the self-tech oath. You will still need an event tech sticker (colored dot) at each event but we hand those out like candy if you've got an annula tech sticker.
