The exciting privelege of being an event chair for our non points event can be yours. Comes with free entry, an even bigger carrot than usual. 2 event chairs max. Be aware, our GM's may be more invasive than normal in assuring the safety, don't expect to just put a start gate and finish gate. We do need to keep it at normal autocross speeds. Volunteer here.

I'm running thin on vacation time, so I can't swing the Friday off. For pending chairs, you'll get to set up an AWESOME course out on the track. This is a great way to get some course experience and setup elements that you like to drive. Since this is no pressure event, you can setup something different. To Brice's point, the VP's will keep the course in check in regard to safety, otherwise I think it's wide open to experiment with.

I'd do it if I was going to be at the event, but we'll be shaking down our LeMons car at Stacy's event that weekend. Hate I'm missing it, last event was a hoot.

Sorry guys, I'd like to help. You may have heard that I messed up my shoulder pretty badly in a bicycle accident and it will be a few months before I can think about autocrossing again. Really bummed about missing out.

Would have like to help but I cannot really take the Friday off, we are already down by 3 guys on that day.
But I should be there Saturday. I was to do an autocross anyway on that day, the other one is a PCA AX at Laurinburg.

Tell the PCA guys to come run w/ us. Having the choice of a circuit cross an NCCAR or an event down in L-burg, as busted up as that site is, I'll take NCCAR ANYDAY over L-burg. The concrete is terrible.

We're in. We don't need to get there until about 4pm. We are going to put the Start Cones at the start of the track after the VDA and the checkered flag cones at the other side of the VDA. Course Done. Shouldn't need too many course workers.

John Wolf contacted me over the weekend on Facebook saying he'd like to chair the event. I know we can only have two official Chairs, but would anyone mind if he helped set up too?
