Their "Marine Novice school" is not a separate event or anything, all it is is they ride along with the Marines during their runs (maybe they get extra runs or something). I don't know how to volunteer to instruct for this or what the benefits are, but maybe John Byers can chime in.
Correct, we started a new novice school program at CP and it seems they are really liking the new format getting to run two actual events in the course of the weekend. Its a bit more work for us (like I feel like I've been on a roller coaster all day

) but it makes the Single Marine program happy but most importantly makes the Marines happy and that's what's most important.
With that said, we would love to have many of the experienced guys come out and give a hand doing instruction with these guys, they respond to feedback extremely well and enjoy us taking time to help them, it's been a very rewarding experience in my case.
We would love to have you guys come and run with us both days. Your prob already getting a room for Sat night, you get a discount for running both days so why not come on out and have some fun!
