We should be able to reduce the chance of this happening to almost nil (or should I say, NULL?

) by doing the following:
1. Having a working laptop battery DONE
2. Tell Rodney not to flip the aux power switch DONE
If, even with those things done, the laptop somehow powers itself off in the middle of saving, doing these things will allow us to recover more quickly:
1. Enable volume shadow copy (a.k.a. "Previous Versions" tab), assuming this works with AXware's save interval (every 5 minutes/runs)
2. Have T&S workers run the AXware Backup function (CTRL+B or File > Backup) after every heat, and at the end of the event
In the long term, our event data is already backed up to Dropbox (with officers subscribed so they get the files) whenever the laptop has an internet connection.
