registered for both days. going to suck having to drive ESP straight up, but should still be a fun weekend. Looking forward to some new grounds!

I read where we may not be able to leave cars on site, but can we leave trailers?

as of now the answer is no. Since it is a live flightline they are saying no, we are hoping they will give us an "area" but we may not know that until the weekend of NCAC.

If I recall correctly, there's plenty of space adjacent to the Holiday Inn Express to park rigs. You might give them a call to verify.

Yes, you do recall correctly. There are many places to park at/near the hotel.

Just a reminder, the special hotel rate is only available for a few more days (until the 15th) and registration isn't open much longer.

Event Hotel:

We have rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The block includes the following rooms and rates:
King Standard (has pull out sofa) - $93.00
2 Queens - $93.00
Executive Suite - King - $99.00
Executive Suite - 2 Queens - $99.00
Master Suite - King - $109.00
Master Suite - 2 Queens - $109.00
Presidential Suite - $199.00

These rates END September 15th and are only available to those booking 2 nights, so book early and often! Those choosing to only book one night will pay a rate of $139.00 for the Standard King and Queen Rooms which is still a 25% discount. There is a large Seafood Festival in the area and hotel choices are slim, we were lucky to get any discount at all.

There is a Hampton Inn next door if you would like to shop around for a room but still be close to all the cool people!
Holiday Inn Express & Suites
103 Branchside Drive
Havelock, NC 28532
252-447-9000 Ask for the “Sports Car Club of America” group rate.

&

EVERYONE MUST PRE-REGISTER. MCAS Cherry Point is a restricted-access active Military base. Registration WILL CLOSE Sunday September 23rd at 11:59 pm. If you are not pre-registered by then you will not be on the Gate-Access List and you will not be able to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Just to let anyone that cares know, I'll be attempting to not hit cones in the SMF class on both days. Now I wish I had gotten a T-shirt earlier in the season.
