Piedmont Dragway, August 4th, decompress quickly from the Jimmy V and get ready to go racing again. We need people to start signing up! Another new site, another CLOSE site (particularly for you Durham based THSCC members), so no excuses. Saturday event, chaired by the Gast crew. Another very spectator friendly site as well, so if you have friends who are on the fence about autocross, at least bring them out to watch and check it out, maybe they will get the bug.

Bummed to miss this one, but since I'll be at the beach it is a worthwhile trade-off....

And now, for this ONE event only, the coveted 7th place in STR is truly up for grabs!

NEED HELP. I need to see if someone can help us with the bus getting back home after the event on SATURDAY. I can get the bus there just can not get it home. Thanks.

Jeremy, I was planning on getting the bus there, and can definitely take it home. If you wanted to drive it out there though, thats fine also.

I might actually make it to this one since it's spectator friendly/close, but I'll probably be running the family truckster 2.0. I guess I'll see what it is like to try to sling 3900 lbs around the course.

I may be dating myself, but harken back to the old MTM episodes when Mary hosts a party largely comprised of people that don't know each other very well. There is alot of polite small talk and awkward smiles. It always ends with someone saying: "Great party, Mar!"

My wife's business partner made the US team for the 2012 World Equestrian Games in London (immediately following the Olympics). We apparently are planning and hosting her send-off party. How am I sucked into it? I've come to understand my role as primarily heavy lifting, setup and cleanup. Sounds like good training for Autocross Event Chair - maybe someday.

Registration should be fixed. Sign up! If we have enough people to make it worth their time, they will open concessions for us.
